Default 9 months of riding with this

My fork oil seals started to leak a couple of weeks ago, so thought I'd better change them. Took the right hand fork leg out of the bike & was astounded to find this

How on earth I've been riding around for 9 months with bent forks & haven't even noticed I will never know, but I'm gutted now because a £7 job is going to end up being a lot more expensive.
P.S. Anyone got any forks they want to sell?

A friend of mine rode around for several months with both forks having a similar amount of bent-ness. It's only when he came to replace a fork seal*, but couldn't get the front wheel back and then called me to assist was it made apparent to him that he'd been riding a properly bent bike for about 6000miles.

*And did so, not noticing they were both bent whilst they were apart!

It must have taken some shuffling about by the bloke I bought it from to get the wheel to point straight, I've tried I cant get it to do it now. Looks like I'll be in the car for the forseeable future

That one has unfortunately, the other has a very slight bend, but it's not noticeable.
