Default Sugar Crash

Urgh this is horrible... I've got a sweet tooth, now christmas and new year are out of the way I've cut right back on the amount of sweets and junk I've been eating.

Today I mostly feel like sh*te, I knew I would but not this bad.

I cant think straight, I go from being cold to warm really quickly and now I have a pounding headache.

Going cold turkey from a christmas sugary high is not fun.

I'm drinking plenty of water and decafinated tea as well.

I am at this precise minute fighting the urge to go to the canteen and get a chocolate bar.

This might sound obvious, butdon't take any money to work.

At one point I was having bacon butties everyday, and the growing waist line to show for it. I started taking lunch with me to work, but no money - so I couldn't nip to the shop for a buttie or a chocy bar. This helped massivly in the waist department and also the bank department.
