Default Mods & Dynos

Im taking my bike in for a Dyno, Valve Clearance & Throttle body adjustment in the next fortnight.

Going to do the 15k service on it beforehand

When I bought the bike 3 years ago, it had the TPS & TRE mods done, and had the snorkel removed from the box.
Over standard, the bike has a Scorp can & K&N Filter fitted to it.

Im not into the idea of getting a PCIII purely because I dont have the cash. Are any of the mods going to have a detrimental effect upon its performance?

Ive noticed that I have a sooty back plug whilst the front one looks ok. I suspect it is running lean.

Im not really expecting any power gains but would like it at least to run at same power & torque as stock.

Black soot measn runnign rich, though this could be astuck shoke plunger on the carb as it's only one cylinder. TPS and TRE make no diffrent o power, neither does removing hte snorkel. As for the K&N and can, these will make almost no difference unless you PC it to fix the fuelling. If anything it should be running a bit lean but otherwise same as stock.

Not possible.

If it is running lean then you can get it remapped, no need for PC3 or anything like that unless you want to play with it yourself.

No just going to take it to Dynojet in Northallerton for him to have a look at. Will be changing plugs before I go but will take old ones just so he can have a look at whats happening.
