Default Loctite

What type of loctite would you recommend for general thread locking purposes, like the ignition barrel bolts and calliper bolts etc?
There are so many different types to choose from

This should give you the necessary info:

or even better:

My arsenal -

Threadlock 243 (or 242) - medium strength, does most jobs, 243 is oil tolerant, reasonably easily dismantled.

Retainer 603 - for fitting cylindrical items like bearings, bushes, spacers etc, high strength, not really intended to be dismantled (usually end up cutting things off!)

Anti-seize 8060 - aluminium based anti-seize paste in stick form, prevent threads or brake pad retaining pins etc from seizing, high temperature so useful on exhaust studs etc

Wot embee said. I normally use 242 (actually have 243 at the moment, but it's much the same) for things to be undone with hand tools that I don't want to come loose.

Swearing on here seems to lock the thread pretty quickly

I've never seemed to need it, just tightening the bolts enough in the first place seems to do the trick.
