Cus I am... I feel it was wrong of them to break the story like that, essentially risking his life regards less of if he is a Royal or not.
Who wants to join me in a UK-DOS attack of the website... lol. |

Yep. Finally he gets to do the job he has been training to do and have a bit of a normal existence in his life and now hes going to get sent home.
I'd be pi**ed off too. Dan |

When the news broke of this last night I was really pleased for him.
Its a massive boost to troop morale, I would be honored to serve along side a Royal. I think the press have no idea about what really goes on. I don't think he's in any more danger than the rest of our boys. Do the taliban watch the ITV News or read the Sun....No, to them all foreign troops are a target. About time the Royal's got down and dirty with whats happening in the world. My contempt for the media increases daily! |

Dismal. I feel sorry for the bloke, he didn't ask to be in the Royal family, he should be allowed to lead his own life.

I think he's in more danger because he's a Royal. OK they might treat all troops as targets, but Harry...he's a trophy - something to boast about, that they assassinated a prominent figure.
I'm annoyed at the Drudge report for revealing it though, especially sicne all journalists had an agreement not to report his presence for this very reason. |

Yes, the BBC news in particular is a major source of intelligence for them. Why waste men in the field (and increase the danger of intelligence being intercepted) monitoring troop movements, when you can just flick on the telly and see where our boys are headed, often including video footage of the convoy revealing exactly what they have/how many of them there are.
It's one of the (many) reasons against having the press present in warzones as they arguably increase casualties, rather than reduce them. |

I really wonder if the Taliban didnt know?If our own news media knew, but kept quiet until some foreign sources blew the story,I cant believe that the enemy wouldnt have had knowledge too.
