Default New Can - WOW!

Today is the first day I have actually driven my bike since I put the new can on and..............WOW that is one seriously noisy bike now.

Not sure about waking the neighbours, it is more likely to wake the dead!!!! Admitedly the baffle is out, I'm considering putting it in tomorrow just to see what it is like.

My grin was massive the whole way to work especially at lower speeds where you get the low tone burble.

Other bikers were looking round to see what it was - then being surpised to see my little old SV.

That is money well spent!!

My dad rode behind me for the first time since I fitted my fuel can back at xmas.

He said it sounds like a proper bike now

And warns it might get louder when I remove the restrictors

It only took about 30-45 mins actually. Sawing the existing pipe obviously take the time as it is a bit of an awkward position.

If I can do it then anyone CAN. Well worth the effort in the rain!!!

Muffles - they don't advertise them on their ebay site and their website is still under construction, so I too was surprised.

I have just fitted the exaclt same can to my zx6. I didn't think it sounded much louder than the standard can so looks like i'm going to have take the baffle out!
