The Chancellor hopes that the cash injection - the biggest ever by the Bank of England - will lead to cheaper mortgage deals and stop the housing market slipping further.

Now I'm no expert, but offering low earners huge mortages in an unpredictible market seems as ridiculous as an 18 stone yorkshireman declaring himself with bulimia.

Its quite incredibly stupid to be honest.

The recent 'problems' and down turn in market is because mortgages have been way to easy to get, the goverment wanted the banks to tighten up and stop giving sill mortgages.

They have done so, but nows its causing a recession the goverment now want banks to give out mortgages easier.

Actually I figure its that house prices are too high - and according to various international sources - I would be right - about 25-30% too high.

Bring those down and people would then be able to buy houses with mortgages they can afford.....

Scrap buy-to-let and then we will be closer to having enough houses to go round for those that want to buy.....

As for roulette, good choice. I have a couple of systems that are GURANTEED to earn you money (no, seriously, I work in the Gambling sector).

Only, don't do them in Casino's, they don't like it.

My 24 stone mate declared himself an Anorexic a couple of years back because every time he looked in the mirror he saw a fat person
