SK3 - Starter Relay Testing

OK, I have a dead bike since Sunday.

Been following the haynes manual troubleshooter "Engine Wont Start"

In the starter relay test it says to test continuity, it should read zero across the battery lead terminals, then attach to a 12 volt source and connect your meter across the terminals with the 12 volt supply to the relay spades. You should here the relay click and see 3-6 ohms on the meter.

As soon as i connected across the relay spades the relay was clicking like a fiend across my table. Couldn't even get to put the meter probes on.

So I guess my relay is working?

Also checked all fuses and battery checked starter motor cable, cleaned and lubed them all to make sure and re-tightened. Need to start thinking about switches and continuity checks next arrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!
