Changing Gear Lever
Hi all,
I had a bit of an off and bent the gear lever on my 99 SV. I bought a new one but then the job of replacing it didnt look as easy as I first thought. Does someone have a guide of some instructions they could give me to switch it over. Thanks in advance. Crammy |

Remove the complete rear set from the left side, then remove the bolt behind which holds the foot peg on and your pretty much done!! Give it a good grease when you put it all back together and make sure you tighten the bolts to the correct spec!

its a pretty easy job 2 do as DD says remove the hole hanger then just un-do the bolt and your basically done apart from putting it back 2 gather lol.

Moly grease or other dry lube is good
