Default Suspension/Tyre Upgrade

Hi all,

Just thought I would point out that my SV was in Saltire Suzuki in Edinburgh today and had them fit 2 new Pilot road 2's and upgrade the fork internals to K-tech Springs and 15w oil. Initial impressions are that the front end is totally transformed and although early days I feel the grip from tyres is much improved. A highly recommended upgrade!!!

Good isn't it it's not as much an upgrade as a correction, just making the SV parts work as well as they can. Highly recommended...

Mind telling what they charged you for the fork work?

They charged 2.75 hours labour for forks which worked out at £110 plus vat. Would have done it myself but not too sure that I wouldn't have made a mess of it.

Not too unreasonable. For future reference for anyone else considering this, I'll do it for a bottle of jack daniels

Where abouts are you?

Also, does it have to be a full bottle? Since you didn't specify I would make assumptions not
