Default What bikes have GOOD lights then?

Ok, so the lights on the curvy are rubbish. What bikes have good headlights? Are the Gixxers any good?

Thinking of changing mine, probably fairing and all, so want a twin light set-up similar to the sv.

Any comments/ideas out there? (About the lights I mean!)

Regards

Rich

VFR headlights are UNBELIEVABLE although unlikely to fit on an sv.

I was following one once at night and it went around a corner and it went pitch black coudlnt see a bloody thing, nearlly had to stop.

When they have a pillion on if the rider hasnt sorted the headlights they burn your retinas.

Which VFR G? The old 750 single lamp, the last 750 twin or the new 800 ?

Kwak zx6 G J AND A models
ZX9 E and F models.
Might find some of them cheaper.

Hi Chris!

Was thinking a little more, ahem, legal

Hard to believe, but my back-up KMX 200 lights the road better than the SV which has twin 60/55w 'super extra almost Xenon and bright as the sun so will burn out your retina' bulbs.

What to fit, huh?

I've got a naked curvy & have fitted the headlight off a CB500 - It's a damned sight brighter than standard & I'm well chuffed with it at night
