Default Advice needed

I went for a ride out to Big D's last night and on the way home got caught in a big storm. I managed to make it home ok but when i pulled up at my door and got off the bike there was water pi##ing out from what looked like the bottom of the radiator but it was clear water and a bit warm. I have checked the rad for cracks this morning and can't see anything and i checked the coolant level and it also seems fine.

Any ideas as to what it could be?

Is it worth taking the cap of the rad and checking from there.

Could it be a build up of water in the fairings from the storm.

I hope to f##k it's not the rad

Very likely, but check the rad just in case!

At Oulton park earlier in the year, it was raining when I arrived and I must have run through a puddle before parking. When I got off the bike, I saw exactly the same thing. Scared the hell out me. Turns out it was just water running off the outside of the rad. Let it run for a while and keep an eye on the temp gauge.

I started the bike today and let it run for about 10 mins and the temp did not get above 76.

I am quite sure that is not my radiator

Any ideas as to what it could be? - 100% sure it's rainwater

Is it worth taking the cap of the rad and checking from there. - no it's not from what you have said and anyway you should be checking the plastic overflow bottle on the left hand side, not the radiator cap.

Could it be a build up of water in the fairings from the storm. - it collects in the radiator which has a huge surface area

I hope to f##k it's not the rad - Don't worry it won't be
