Indeed they do, ordered up a bunch of parts for the SV on Monday, they arrived on Wednesday, but one of the parts was wrong (a brake dust seal). Ordered from them in the past without issue, and if you hand pick every order you'll get the odd screw-up. Phoned them and they were very apologetic and got a new one out in first class post within the hour. It's just turned up.

The moral? Something can go wrong whoever you order from, but wemoto are well priced and their customer service has always been excellent. I've also ordered a selection of parts in the past for a few people and had one of their staff phone up to check I knew that one part out of 8 or so (an air filter) was for a different year of bike and wouldn't fit. I knew this as it was for someone else, but that's the sort of customer service that could save someone a big problem if they'd just accidentally picked the wrong year on one part.
