Default Welcome to the club crashy McDizz

yeah ooops. Deisel, cold tyres wet road. Poor Dave has left fairing split top to bottom, no indicator end of gear lever came off, new shiny barends ground down, but they were too long...lol Thank goodness for Motosliders(wow they got a chunk missing too) and rentec racks..everyone should have one of those..they save your rear plastics.

My head bounced down the road, my elbow took most of the fall, the curb and bungs span the bike round to stop just shy of the brick built gate post. Couldn't lift it but some guys from the factory at the end of my street did. Good job it were on my doorstep. Ah well.

Got a big headache, and me elbows bit bruised. Less spectacular than carving deer, and such a slow speed

Daft thing is I were on my way out to the docs, got there later than expected, but I've been told to watch for concussion
OOPS

oooooo nooooooo

You don't sound too bad, bike's repairable etc (you know the drill).

I should have a blue lhs fairing panal at home somewhere - if you need it.

Heal soon

Oh no , at least you have been to the doctors and your bruises will heal. As others have mentioned the bike can be easily mended.

Glad you are not seriously injured and had help with lifting the bike.

thanks guys, I've got a fixer peg on the lever for now, and a new lever is coming Friday special delivery from a friend in London. I may have to take up Pmapps offer, black candy fairings aren't eaily obtained, but for now its in tact on the bike...apart from that gawd awful wound on such a shiny beautiful bike.
Put in a claim for a new helmet as its got a scrape on it, and it didn't half go bang on my head.
The barend will polish out with some very severe persuasion...lol I was more comcerned with my tank but thats ok, and the forks...seeing as they are new, but I walked it home in a straight line so they must be fine

Ah bugger Lou, now officially a member of the off-club and you were doing so well avoiding it

Glad to hear bike's repairable, and your noggin's relatively intact, if you're a bit Dizzier than normal we'll understand
