Default Ride out this weekend

OK as the final ride out is now planned for October 11/12 I started a new thread. 20/21st of September. The weather looks fine so time to go for a spin. I am not bothered where to go - happy to do Catherine's wheel or some deviation of that. Or cat and fiddle, matlock etc.

Anyone fancy that?

Should be able to make it. Which day? Saturday or Sunday? The weather forecast is good for both.

I would be up for a ride somewhere although it depends on where you start from really.

Whats catherines wheel?

I have been contemplating doing the woodhead/Snake pass loop before the summer ends.

Would also be up for doing the Cat & Fiddle/Matlock as well though.

Anywhere really providing its not miles and miles to the start point lol

I am not fussed Sat/Sun. Say we say Sunday for now? We will have to agree where to go and arrange meeting points accordingly.

Catherine's wheel is around Skipton, Grassington, Ripon, Leyburn, Hawes, Settle with many detours available if you like.

Alternatively we could do Glossop, Snake pass, Matlock, Ashbourne, Leeks?

Whatever we agree by Friday lunch timish? We can get some meeting times together after that?

OPTIONS:

1) Cat & Fiddle and just have a spin around peak district
2) Catherine wheel
3) other - open to suggestions

Catherine wheel sounds good on Sunday. As for meeting points Skipton or Grassington would work for me, but I guess that all depends where everyone else is coming from.

I reckon Skipton is abit far for me to be honest this weekend, I'll keep an eye out for what you finally decide to see if I can come.
