Went to pay for something in Morrisons on Sunday when my card was declined twice.
Called up Abbey who asked me to confirm or deny some transactions.

£30 from an ATM, Morrisons, in the United Kingdom at 11.05am 'Yup thats me'

£8 at Morrisons, in the United Kingdom at 10.50am Yep, me again.

£67.87 from an ATM in South Africa at 10.06am errrrrrr Nope

Some arseface had cloned my card!!! Gawd Dammit!!!

Actually I did get a call from a Nigerian wanting....... na I didn't.
I am normally very very careful about who I buy from and what not. Can't believe it happened to me.
They didnt get anything. Abbey pretty much **** blocked my accounts

I had a card cloning. Didn't know anything about it. Jsut got a new bankcard through the post saying mine may have been cloned and heres a new card, and to destroy the old one.

And im very cautious with ripping up old reciepts etc too.

I had mine cloned too once, its a shcok becuase I and probably you thought we were very careful about throwing card details around.

At least the banks are fairly good at realising it.

Yeah exactly warthog. I think I have narrowed it down to who it was. There is only one place I went that was out of the ordinary. Unless it was done over the tinterweb.

Its the Shell garage by me mate and in Potterspury and Roade.

I had £1.87 in South Africa, then £52.00 in Canada lol, within the space of 2 hours.
