I mainly go with the flow of traffic. Tend to stick to speed limits in town because there are loads of undercover police cars and marked cars around. Not to mention speed cameras
 The motorway is a different story. Last time I went to brighton I accidentally went 90mph (I know that isn't very fast to some of you) but it was rather funny because matt said "do you realise your doing 90mph?" and my response was "oopsie"

 But then I really do go past traffic (outside towns) like they are going backwards, butu usually try to stay under a tonne  Most of my overtaking is coming into bends, roundabout, and exitting them (usually 2 lane each way roads rounds my area). Even lost an R1 the other week. the big girl bottled the braking zones. I got excited, go little Bandit. Soon as we got on the straights again though, VROOOOM past he goes. Catch me

I voted 'go with the flow of traffic' when on the bike, although obviously overtake when safe to do so. But I'd answer number 1 or 2 when I'm in the car...
