has anyone done one of those holiday things where you hire a bike and just ride?

this is one of the things i want to, any one else intrested in coming?

I was drunk in santa fe in October and spoke to some germans who had hired harleys in Houston 3 days earlier and they were grinning a lot.
Its on the list but damn the credit crunch.......

i think you can hire them in one place then drop them off somewhere else

You can hire on the East coast and drop them off on the West , and yes I have considered it , we are gonna get slammed for talking about this but heck , screw it , if yer gonna do it then this is the place and style to do it in

I was thinking about this a while ago, though in top gear style like buying a cheap 600 like an SRAD and take it from LA through vegas, monument valley, deals gap ending up on the east coast.
