Looks like they all decked it, new road surface or wet tarmac or something? One of them scary things about not knowing what's round a corner.

I knew they were going to crash from the title so I was cringing everytime he overtook expecting a head on

Well, for starters I don't like their riding style. Probably 50% of the time on the wrong side of the road.

The camera guy has a few minor slides going around bends, so his tyres probably aren't in the best shape but that's just speculation.

As for the crash, they all took the bend way too fast (which also had a junction on it), and then came across resurfacing works (as the camera guy's rear slides out to the left - the camera pans right & you clearly see cones). The road surface is pants.

I'd guess a mixture of over-confidence & in-experience.

EDIT: There's even a sign before the bend that says there's roadworks coming up!!

I'd go with new surface, maybe chippings and the like? I was enjoying the vid up till that point, nice roads, where was it taken do you think?

And anyone know what the tune is?

Me too but as baph has said sommat was gonna go wrong they were rushing and on the wrong side riskily too much.

I really should pay more attention to roadsigns (in general, it's a big weakness of mine) I can't spot the warning.

Without looking at the video again, it's at somewhere around 1:44, on the right side. The video quality is a bit crap though to be fair. I had to watch it a few times to see that.

In-experience and trying to keep up with his mates. New road surface, like marbles and too fast going into it. That new thrown on cack is awful at the best of times, over here they'd tell you a max of 20mph or something, but thats probably on the sign before he hits the bend

There is a speed limit sign just before the warning I mentionned. Couldn't see what it said but it looked like 40 to me?

Bad forward obs and crap riding from the looks of it.

yes, maybe, but that'll be Kph?? its in Italy or somewhere, so around 20 ish mph. My conversionometer is a bit rubbish!
