I have issues unbolting my rear wheel bolt. Dealer overtorqued it and i had to cut it of and buy another. The troubleb is one time my rear adjuster workedaround with the nut and gouged outthe rear swingarm. onlysoft ally. what can i do to repair it??

Hmmmm. That's a difficult one!
I have not heard of being able to repair alloy metal but someone with more info will be along. Other than that get it polished up see if it hides it? |

I was going to say get it built up/repaired with ally weld then machined back to original....but far easier/cheaper to just buy another off Ebay!!

The same has happened to me because some moron mechanic doesn't know how to use a torque wrench. Another reason to work on your bike yourself I suppose
