Stay relaxed and get as much training as you can.

What are your weak points - identify them and work on them. Don't let silly things let you down - so cancel the indies, don't break the speed limits, and be sure you can answer the quezzies at the end. Lots of lifesavers - make sure your observations are all they should be. Do what your instructor has taught you - and you should be okay.

It is not a compulsory thing for the examiner to do, if they do ask questions it will most likely be based on your ride or even a random one from the theory.

On pulling out of a junction, look right, look left, look right again, shoulder check, manouvre. When i took my test(many years ago)i was told this was something that examiners really look out for......although things may have changed since then.

Check that. Don't expect the combinations though they'll probably just ask a few randoms.
Also they're not essential, you don't get minors for every one you get wrong, but it's good to demonstrate what you know.
Also, they'll probably be asked at the start of your test so if you get them all wrong, you could get a minor for it, and then he'll think you're stupid for the rest of the test, so get you're foot in at the start

Good luck!

You will be taught all this in the lessons, for the test you will not have to zig-zag through cones.

The main manoeuvre's are the emergency stop, uphill start, and a u-turn

Remember that you'll have to walk your bike in a u-turn before you ride it.
Emergency stop, hill start, roundabouts, traffic lights, possibly overtaking... last three aren't really organised but expect them
You will have to pull over for your u-turn and some other things including the hill start, make sure you don't do that in a bus stop or too near a turning.

Plenty of other i've forgotten i'm sure.
