Default Screws. Loose. Well, missing.

The two bolts that hold the tank down have err....dissappeared.

Can anyone tell me a bit more about them, and where I can get some replacements?

yes, ...........................their father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. their mother was a fifteen year old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. their father would womanize, he would drink, he would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Some times he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy, the sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament. their childhood was typical, summers in Rangoon, luge lessons. In the spring they would make meat helmets. When they was insolent they were placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds, pretty standard really. At the age of 6 they received my first scribe. At the age of fourteen, a Zoroastrian named Vilma ritualistically shaved their testicles. There really is nothing like a shorn scrotum, it's breathtaking, I suggest you try it.

That's just cheered my otherwise dreary morning up.

Anywhere that sells bolts, they are M6 x 25mm.

I would suggest they have been stolen, unlikely for a bolt this long to wiggle loose without you noticing.

Hovis, wrong, their mother was a German part-time falconer/stonemason with a club foot, but you were close.

Have you made sure that the 'hat' that sits under the tank, that those bolts go through haven't gone missing too??
Without the hat the rubber washer gets squashed outwards.
I only know this as I lost one of mine for 6 months, and found it last month when I cleared the shed out
