Wiring diagram for sv650s clocks... - SV650.org

Hi Guys, anyone got a wiring diagram for the sv650s clocks? - not sure which model sv they are off, but they are the wide ones, shown here: http://i22.ebayimg.com/08/i/001/1a/15/da56_1.JPG

- I have managed to fit one (well, my good friend the ginger bearded mechanic did) of these onto my 99 curvy naked, got everything working fine - except for the bloody fuel light, which flashes all the time.

It's annoying as ya like too, because the speedo / rev counter and all other lights are 100% fine, all wired in and heat-shrink wrapped... but the fuel light, urgh!

Now, the bike's loom has a fuel a and fuel b wire, whereas on the clocks, i can only seem to see one input for the fuel warning light, leading me to believe there is a disparity between the fuel warning mechanism of the 2... but I need a wiring diagram of the clocks (again, these ones

http://i22.ebayimg.com/08/i/001/1a/15/da56_1.JPG) to be able to figure out what's what... unless someone wiser than me (not that hard!) has already done something similar to this and knows what's what!

So, cut to the chase... anyone got a wiring diagram for these clocks (http://i22.ebayimg.com/08/i/001/1a/15/da56_1.JPG)???

Yes, their is a slight difference. If of any use, just taken from Haynes manual...obviously with camera.

Ahhh that looks like the ticket... can't quite make out where the fuel light wire is... maybe i can email you my digital camera

Thanks for going to the trouble to take the photo's and upload, that was good of ya

- If you have the time, could you post back here and just say what bit of the image the fuel light is in, I can mibbe manage from there

Come to think of it, if everything else is working, then you must have made a mistake somewhere, as the wires are the same colour anyway.
