Schools and Parents should improve pupil behaviour - how can they do that when the system is now loaded in favour of the little dears, and that many if not most of the sanctions that my parents used to keep me in line (apart from the respect I had for them and the rules the imposed) are unavailable thanks to government interference?

I think we need more tests. Pupils will never learn the importance of education if we don't give them exams every year for their last decade of education. But make them multiple choice, and offer really simple ones so no one need fail. And make sure there's some diversity; make sure creationism is taught alongside evolution as equals and punish the teachers every time they raise their voice.

Oh, and while we are at it, lets ban sports day so that the fat kids don't feel bad when they lose. Can't have competition, it upsets the kids you know....
