Default Scratched Fairings

Hi,

I'm a newbie to bikes as people have probs seen - regarding to scratched fairings, I've seen a bike with a few scratches and wondered if they'll polish up or will need respraying altogether?

Otherwise I'll flog the fairings and buy a belly pan if I buy the bike.

Help much appreciated,
James

The bike is a good deal in my eyes, 2500 miles k4, still haggling price, and hes only 18miles from me (£2150/£2200 im hopin for).

He dropped it on the drive and after market fairings are scratched, and polishable scratch on the front but thats hardly noticable.

Too much. Second hand SVs are worth peanuts as the new ones aren't exactly pricey. No way will that polish out either. Suzuki are obviously weight saving when it comes to paint

i think the scratces will look ok with a polish, i dont think its worth painting (depends how fussy you are)

what extras has it, and whts the cond, £2200 seems i little high
