Two cans came with the bike and I currently have what I reckon is the delta+ fitted (also have a road legal micron something, but no paperwork). But, it's fairly loud and I've just got a job in a fairly eco-friendly scientific research facility with a nature reserve.
What I don't want to be doing is roaring in with my exhaust growling as it does, but I've spotted a nice little waypoint to stop and dull the noise before I roll up to security. Seems as tho the 99-2003 cans have been discontinued and the Micron website tells me next to nothing. Also seems they might be in administration or something going by the community forum. Any info on/or spare db killers would be awesome. Cheers. |

Pretty much all the universal dB killers will work fine in the type of cans which use a normal single perf tube core (nearly all of them, I know BOS don't, and quill do something wierd)

Ah, I probably have read too much into the situation.
As I've had a couple of new jobs in the last year, I was putting myself into your shoes & remembering the first day nerves - the whole "I hope I get on with my new colleagues" type of thing. Luckily for me, the only thing I've really had to worry about is, "Should I wear the blue tie or the pink one? Should I leave on the dot of 5.30 or wait till a few of my new colleauges have left first? etc". So reading too much into your situation I figured that you'd had the whole "How to ensure my colleagues don't hate me" ponder and suddenly realised that eco-mentalists *may* have a problem with your exhaust. |

This may be an option for me also, dont really want to fork out £30 for a blue flame baffle.
