Default How to fit M/cylinder seal set?

Hi,

Please could somebody tell me how to fit this master cylinder repair kit to my 2000w reg curvy?

its got a metal thingy with a screw like end, a spring, 2 rubber seals and a metal circlip.

Yep, remove the dustboot (rubber bit round the piston where the lever touches) pair of circlip pliers (they need to be narrow I had to grind mine down)> whip out the circlip, pull out the whole lot. Put the new rubbers on your new piston and put it all back in the way it came out.

suzuki have given me a part that is too big.

is there a difference between the 750 and the sv650?

As in the gsxr 750? It's likely.
*Sigh* This brings back memories; On your mastercylinder, on the side facing the rider as it's sat on your bar there should be a number i.e 5/8" it'll tell you the diameter of the piston you need for that cylinder.
