Why Is It
That during the week when you have to get up for work, you can't wake up, but at weekends when you could have a bit of a lie in, you wake up at 5am?
 I know what does it for me..............it's the old 'going out on the bike' excitement!

i blame the pesky kids who have no conecpt of weekends
 . I reckon its quieter at weekends in the morning so they compensate by making more noise
