Default Fuel Pump O-ring seal, which grease?

Haynes says smear some grease - which kind should I use? LM or red rubber?

I've gone for LM - Haynes also said replace the O-ring but it looked and felt like new so i've re-used it.

Ok, moving on - water pump coolant passage o-rings - haynes says a "suitable sealant (Suzuki bond 1207B or equivalent)". Any suggestions?
