My 1999 Curvy SV650S has a damaged front wheel. Will a front from a 2003 pointy model fit, ie will disks fit, is hub same width, is spindle same diameter and is speedo sensor fitting the same?
Thanks for any help! |

Not a direct swap no, discs are different, spindle and spacers are different.

it can be done with a spacer kit available on ebay, an american member on here i think, not sure if you can retain the speedo as the kit is aimed at race bikes

Thanks for the responses. I also spoke to my friendly local Suzuki dealer, Frettons of Leamington Spa, and also looked at a used fuel injected model they had and can confirm that the disc carriers on the newer bike are flat whereas the older model are offset. Anyone know a wheel repairing in south Midlands ? ........................
