Anybody got any suggestions?
I seem to be going through a phase of rage! I get so wound up at the simplest of things, to the point where it feels like my blood is actually boiling. ![]() It feels more than the normal annoyance of work, bad drivers etc, I want to throw things and hit things/people! How can I just relax? Chemical suggestions considered aswel as Theraputic! |

go lay on a bed.
Lay on your back, arms at sides, palms down. Breath in and out slowly and controlled. Close your eyes and concentrate on your toes. Imagine there is a switch in them and turn them off, when you can't feel them anymore go up to your knees, turn them off, then your hips, then your arms By the time you get to your head, your either asleep or on another plain. Perhaps best before bedtime, but can be done any time of the day, full relaxation garanteed

Councloring can help, have you thought about that? Despite what people say it does work. Also talking to friend can help as well, either or both those do help. Do you do a lot of execrise? That helps relive stress and also makes you feel good. Also if your not sleeping well training will make you tried and so you will sleep. I'm to go swiming I can't handle weight training in this heat. Maybe some like Tai Chi as well it will help control your breathing. If at all possiable don't take any drugs, I dislike taking anything unless I have too. I would try something like the above before doing anything, I find it works for me. However we are all different so you need to find your techniques. |
