Default TechG rearsets

Originally intended for SRAD, but fit the 1gen SV650 easily.

Very comfortable, adjustable but would not be high enough for race use. However, loads more ground clearance than stock S pegs, and worlds above the stock naked ones! You get loads of feel what's going on through the solidly mounted pegs.

The action of the levers is absolutely lovely, they have roller bearings in, they weren't too cracky at first, but cleaning out the bearings and greasing has left them lovely and slick. The gearchange you can feel with total precision.

Bad bits. No fitting for return spring on rear brake lever. No fitting for brake light switch. Footpeg mount bolt can rattle loose, so loctite it.

Are they much higher than stock or just have more clearance?

Happened to me at Brands. Thread on heel guards were also loose so lots of loctite all round. I got a brake light pressure switch with mine though so just removed all the standard SV stuff.

these look so much like the Diamond Racing rearsets that they could even pass as the same thing.
