I had this situation this evening. I was expecting there to be an electrical fault with either the kill switch or neutral switch, due to the rain we've been having.
However, the neutral light was working and buzzing out the kill switch showed it worked OK too. There was nothing wrong with the clutch lever switch either. It turned out to be the Ignition fuse! Bike would turn over with Chec on display, but there was no spark. I've never had a bike before that has a fuse specifically for the ignitions system so I've posted this here for anyone else in a similar situation and using the search facility.

Very helpful Ring Ding , I had a far worse problem than that in Scotland a month ago and checked all the usual suspects , first place to always check with pointy`s is the fuse box , for those that don`t know there is a spare fuse in there for the heavier work like Ignition so it always pays to make sure you have spares

Yup a 10A and a 15A spare. Need to go shopping tomorrow for a replacement!
Bloody fancy bikes with FI etc. If you take the battery out my LC it still runs! (Alright there are no lights, but who needs them?!)
