Well Ecossers, As I'm sure most of you are aware I'm getting hitched on Saturday.

Following this i'll be otherwise occupied

for a couple of weeks so I will not be on here. I also doubt my mobile will work.

So if you need anything from me now is the time to say.

Anyway, those of you going to the AR enjoy it, and the rest of you have a good August and stay shiny side up please.

Lastly, If any of you are planning a run on saturday east of edinburgh, drop me a pm and i'll see if i can squeeze an sv into the wedding photos

Just dont tell matilda.

If you spent less time posting and more time straightening brake levers we'd both be a lot happier
