I would be grateful if anyone has and would be willing to lend me either of these bits;
A basepate for an RX7 Hayden Leguna Sec as my has snap into bits, after my encounter. (this holds the sidepods, thus the visor on) Or a dark visor for Shark S500, would be great. Its only until the bits temp bits turn up at the store, but I can't wear my arai right now, the Shark isn't a good lid compared; no where near as comfy, or secure but it does. |

if by base plate you mean the white bit screwed to the helmet under the side pod, then I've probably got a spare or two, ot off an RX7, but I think they are the same, post a pic and I'll see what I can do.
Cheers Mark.

Chris, for dark tint visors I recommend these guys - http://www.ridersoffshore.com/ It's a small business based in Guernsey.
I got mine from there, it was sent within a couple of days, and they actually answer the phone if you have any questions ![]() |

Gaffer tape the side pod back on, usually works for me
![]() Which side pod has snapped (by snapped I'm assuming that the little plastic clip has pinged off), left or right? |

I think I should organise an Arai visor changing lesson, with a guy from Arai...just for you folks who seem to get it wrong all the time
![]() Chris, you need new base plates, but be aware there are two types - the old short level ones, and the newer long lever ones. Or, just watch John do his stuff - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2YTHFTwwark |
