Judging by the rev counter it's definitely in Km's. Also looking at the way the figures jump about I'd say he's done an aftermarket job on the speedo drive magnets which suggests he might have a GSXR or similar front end on it.

My SV1000 is in kms and it only takes minute movements of the throttle to jump the figures around both up and down due to the faster rate the numbers rise and fall against mph.
Deffo kms!

got to be km's, as it's nowhere near top revs, probobly in 5th gear too.
