Forum member insurance claim

In work, just done a phone interview with a customer about an insurance claim that's flagged up because his phone's only 4 days old.

Turns out he's lost it while out on a bike, asked him what he'd got and he said a bandit. Mentioned I had an SV and he said he used to have one, asked if he was on the .org and he was!

He's not logged on in ages, but his username was JP.

As long as everything else checks out on his claim he's getting a new phone. Awesome

Was he foreign??? If he was, he's also got a Land Rover Discovery and a Fireblade and I know he used to be on this forum.....me and Stretchie go off roading with him sometimes.

He was Geordie, so probably not the same one. He said his username might be some derivative of JP, but he can't remember, and I wasn't ploughing through looking for every username with JP in it

Edit: Did a user-search. Pretty sure his username is just JP, and the guy with the blade and discovery is [JP]. Close, though
