Default New tyre and pillion?

Hi all,

Just had a z6 rear fitted sv650s 2000 and done 6 miles it, my wife wants to come on back, wil it be ok? Or does it need wearing in before I take a pillion?

Just the usual proviso about watching out for the grip. or possible lack of, for a couple of hundred miles, although with the extra weight of a pilllion it may be less of an issue.

Nah it's reet just go a bit steady. 2 up builds heat a bit quicker than on your own, so gets that first heat cycle in it a little bit quicker.

I've just had a Z6 fitted to my 2000 curvy and it didn't sip and slide one bit. Take it easy and you'll be fine.

I scrubbed in the rear before this one on an org rideout with a pillion, no problems. Take it easy for a bit then build it up gradual.

That what i was thnking, the more weight over the back wheel the more grip, but still take it easy
