Annual Review
Just had my annual review at work, things have been slow for a while but seem to be picking up now which is good. The only comment they had about my work was that I seem to be more distracted... hmmmm I wonder why, damn org!

We've been told we're not having an annual review this year cos they can't afford to give us a payrise this year

We got told that theyre thinking of a miserly pay rise, but we'll only get 3/4 of it. To get the other quarter you have to receive the highest level in our annual review (which never happens)
