As I know there will be some on here that I consider a friend, but don't already know of what happened yesterday, I figured a thread was the best way to tell everyone at the same time.

Yesterday, I agreed the sale of my K6, for a rather reasonable price (less than I'd of let it go for if it wasn't being sold to a friend).

In with the deal, they're getting my NWS stand, and all the various bits & pieces I've aquired over time.

So I'm now bikeless - and in the market for buying a car.

The reasons behind it, I don't really want to go into, but it's the sensible choice to make. There'll be another bike at some point, some time.

Of late, I haven't been that active on here, but I'll probably keep stopping by as I have been.

Keep it right side up folks, esp with the colder months approaching!

It's always just been a tool for me, or that's what I thought. A machine to get me from A-B. But driving a car all the time won't be the same freedom. The bike has been a good way to vent stress on many occassions (50k miles on the clock, 3 year old bike... hmmm).
