Had a wonderful day today thanks to fabby Emma from Hein Gericke, Northampton and Northants police.

A girly rideout was organised and among a few others, myself, Fizzy Fish and SVStorm went for our assessments.

Had a fabulous day, learned loads and best of all was told my riding capabilities were good and if I wanted a place on the bike team when one arose, I wouldnt be held back by my biking skill.

Hehe, Fizzy and I were told 'you both have a few minor faults, actually the complete opposite of each other, between the two of you, you are the perfect biker' lol x

Lovely seeing you girls again and thanks again to the above peeps for making it happen

Yay, was a fun day out, despite tipping it down most of the day! Bike & tyres felt lovely too

Some v. useful advice, and Andy is a seriously good rider

And he'll be pleased to know that just for him I dropped the revs down below 8K on the way home...

Those were the coppers that did the bike skills day at Silverstone. The one you're hugging VT had an undercover brand new black R1!

Yeah that's what he was riding with us on. Got to give the guy some credit for managing to persuade his bosses to get him one of those instead of the standard issue Pan!

Yep that's Andy, he is our Casualty Reduction Officer.
