Curvy SV650 end can issues. - SV650.org

I'm having problems with my curvy sv650 end can. Half a trackday and it blows all the wadding out!! Tried a hindle system and a micron system, tried various end cans, all do the same! She has now got pointy cams in, but the problem was the same with the old cams and the new ones. I'm getting bored of repacking cans for noise test! The bike definatly pulls noticeably harder once it has blown the wadding out. Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing the problem. Also, does anyone know of an aftermarket race can which does not use wadding?!

I've not had a problem with the scorpion (fitted to akrapovic headers) on mine, passed the noise test every time, not had to touch it in 5 years and lots and lots of trackdays!
