The thing to remember when eating a rat is that you should remove the offal and skin first. Also eating one raw is just leaving your self open to diseases!

I am rather cynical about this campaign, it seems to be sponsored by some pretty major (and very rich name brand owning) drug companies. Lets be honest, how many of us actually buy drugs off the internet when it is so easy just to go to Boots with a prescription?

My daughter used to keep rats as pets so they don't bother that much (not that I'd want one i my mouth though!) but the thing is I think the ad woudl have been far more effective if they had shown someone suffering the after effects of a brain haemorhage or similar

Lets face it everyone know that rats wont fit through the letter box

Is it just me, or wouldn't anyone, forced to make the choice, rather eat a rat than rat poison? Why show someone hocking up a rat when they're "warning" people of the possibility that meds may contain rat poison???

The whole thing smacks of the same BS you get from the music and film industries, saying how radio/cassettes/VHS/The Internet is killing the industry, then go on to post the same huge profits as before...

I'm not usually one for Spiderman-esque anarchism, but if the major drug companies want to stamp out cheap copies, they need to start selling the drugs they produce at a reasonable cost and stop holding people's lives to ransom...

What I thought too. I thought it was about hygiene standards at first. It doesn't make much sense.

It would be like an anti drugs campaign showing someone with a soaking wet fat man coming out of their nose, because certain drugs are cut with things like talcum powder.
