Default Track day training

Later this year i want to do my first track day, but what i was wondering is, if its better to do like super bike school or ron haslems training thing first, or just go out and do a track day and learn that way.

Just go out and do a track day in the novice group. It's usually full of people in similar situations as yourself, or people who have only done a few track days. If you book with No Limits or Hottrax they'll give you free one-to-one advice throughout the day, an instructor will follow you and give you feedback on your riding.
What's most important to remember on a trackday is to never go faster than you're comfortable doing at first, though as you get used to the track/bike/conditions, you'll grow in confidence.

I would pick your first trackday carefully, some of the hottrax trackdays seem a free for all crashfest with mixed up groups and will put people off.
