Arrow Org'er in need of a mechanical Guru!!

About mid November I stupidly ran my motorbike without oil. Tragic I know.
Anyways, I am as good at mechanics as blues are at football (Utterly useless, for those blues fans among us!)

I would be so greatfull if someone could come and have a look over her with me and try and diagnose the problems and figure out my options - Being a skint student, the cheaper the repair the better!

Its been sat in the garage ever since and isnt starting. Siezed engine maybe?

I dont want to be bikeless for when the sun decides to start appearing

I live in Solihull and its a K6 Sport.

Thanks, Aran

I did think I was shooting myself in the foot when writing this. Then, thinking about it afterwards, really regretted it - Villa fans are not stupid in their choice of football team. I therefore figured they are neither stupid in their choice of transport. I concluded that I had just lost the interest of 98% of the Madlanders!

But jokes aside... I don't want to buy a replacement engine to find it could have been an easy fix (I say optimistically)

That would be good!

I’ve had a browse on Fleebay but they all look too dodgy. If I got one from the org at least I'd trust the history of it!

Does his engine need repairing then?

ah the engine was running for a while upside down/on its side and is starting to seize, and the gearbox is knacked so if you fancy complete rebuild with new gaskets, piston rings i think and bearings after paying for the engine. we think the gearbox just needs rebuilding nothing major no new parts needed but thats not 100% positive. the clutch cover broke as well but you have once of them and the engine has been stood since the beginning of august with no oil in so its not going to be an easy rebuild job. if its even possible.
