i guess the danger is if you have an accident or you twist or stretch the knee. I dunno much about biology, but maybe sitting on a bike with the knee bent in some akward position for a length of time wouldnt help the recovery process? what does your physio say about it?

I did a similer injury to my left knee on the Glencoe Masacre 1. Ended up doing my acl in and breaking a bit of cartlidge.
I would say i took me a full season to ride again. But i was skiing for a half day this year so it does recover (2 years ago). |
