Default K1 naked fork seals

Guys, can someone tell me how I do the fork seals on my 650? Peeing out oil and must have them done this weekend.

Told that I need some special tool to get them apart. Whats the easiest way to do it???

Also how much oil do I need to top them up? Is it worth going up to 15 or 20w oil?

There's posts here explaining how it's done.
In your position I'd buy a manual.

Good morning all.

Fork seals are relatively easy to do, providing you have a little know how, & can safely get the bike supported to remove the forks.
However, many forks get ruined when the uninitiated try to change seals. There are a couple of 'don'ts' which, if done, can damage the stanchions.

As Sid says, do a search for an explanation as to how it's done, & definitely buy a manual.

Cheers.
