R4 cards.
They are the cards that can be used with a micro SD card for Nintendo DS games etc. I am having a nightmare. Bought an R4 card ages ago for my sons DS (not the DSI) and managed to load the games etc, but when it went into the DS it would not read them. Took the card back to shop and bloke told me I had downloaded the wrong programme which he did for me free. The time has come when my son wants some different games on his card and I have just downloaded some onto my daughters Edge card no problem. Sons card went a bit haywire so i had to format it again and start from scratch. There are about 6 different programmes to choose from and I have tried them all but the card is still not reading. Does anyone have any ideas PLEASE? I have been trying for an hour now and don't want him getting up in the morning and getting upset as i have not managed to do it for him. thanks. don't know why programme isn't loading onto card or which one is the correct programme to download,

I have the M3 ds simply ( same thing just a different sticker )
Have a look at the official website, or just the latest firmware download in it for google. worked for moi As for the games i always just winzip them and then take the .nds file and put it on. Hope this helps. [Edit] http://www.r4ds.me/download/r4ds.html dont know if it will help but worth a go. Last edited by BBadger; 19-04-10 at 08:36 PM. |

if it's a 4 gig card they can be temperamental. Best off with a 2 gig card (in my experience anyway). Also Acekard are good...well, they work for me.

Link removed
I had issues with the 2gb micro sd card but I didn't put the sd cards software on it, works fine now. In my experience the cheaper cards ware out pretty fast, poor plastics etc. try geting the original software on? Last edited by gerbrox; 21-04-10 at 10:24 AM. |
