as the name says, is a price this low indicative of something bad?
as far as im aware DID is a decent make of chain, the tsubaki X ring id normally go for is now up to £115 so im looking an alternative http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Suzuki-SV-650-...item5189536f84 |

That chain is for the naked bike(slightly different gearing)but if that doesnt bother you and it is what it claims it is seems like a good price.

Had the same set, but the one for the Sport. Think I paid £5 more.....brilliant chain and good value. Plus the companies feedback is 100%

DID make several grades of chain - it's not clear which one is being sold, particularly as the picture is stated as an example only. This could, (note; could), explain the price.
Anyway, being as it's a DID it won't be rubbish, but perhaps not truly the equivalent of an OE grade chain.

Order your chain & sprockets from Slaters Bikes, £92 for Renthals (hardened alu rear, steel front) with a decent Tsubaki x-ring chain.

Good morning all.
The listing states that it's a VX grade chain. Which is DID's economy grade. Unless you're really skint, I would look to fit something a little more durable, as it'll be cheaper in the long run. Cheers. |
