Default Is my bike bent?

I leant my paddock stand to a mate years ago, I got a different one back that was a bit bent.

Put a bike on it and it leaned to the left a bit (if looking from the front), Thundercat, FireBlade, BlackBird, CBR400 and on different floors so it was deffo the stand.

Anyway, I never sorted it and I still have the wrong paddock stand, I needed tyres for the Blade so Monday night I get the Blade on the Paddock stand, get around the front and lift the bike up by the forks while Grunty puts blocks of wood under the exhaust to support it so I can get both wheels off.

With the back end on the stand and the front end stood on the wheel as normal it is stabe, the only problem is that this time I have the front end supported on the wood so I can get the front wheel off and the angle is enough that the bike almost fell on my amazing, beautiful missus who was helping me..

"Oh what rot" I think.. So I ring up my friendly neighbourhood Squirrell_Hunter and he brings his stand down... EVEN worse. Anyway, a bit of quick thinking from Squirrell and the back end is on the stand, I lift the front of the bike while he puts the blocks under it and then holds the bike upright while I take the front wheel out and insert a spare wheel and axle and we lower the front of the bike back to the floor and it is stable again and the wheels go off to get the tryes changed.

Today I got a pair of brand new paddock stands front and back (never used front paddock stand so need to figure it out), I put them together and try the rear paddock stand

WTF??!?!?

Exactly the same except less of a lean angle. Tried it in a couple of places in the garage but all the same, try the new stand on the Thundercat and it's purrfect (see what I did there?? ThunderCAT.. PURRfect.. Godamn I'm good), so the stand is ok. I KNOW the other stand is bent as mentioned at the begining it has been used on several bikes on several different surfaces so that's not the issue.

Question is, this brand new one gets the Thundercat up straight but the Blade is leaning to the left (if looking from the front). Is the Blade bent???

Stretchie...seriously, they must be the most boring cameras in the world...Nicola goes to bed. Nicola sleeps for 438724500 hours until Cheryl wakes her up. Nicola drinks tea and leaves bedroom in her jammies....

Anyway, you are scared of me.

But on topic....how would your bike be a bender??? What have you been doing to it??

Can you lift the bike with the front stand to see if theres a difference or is that a bad plan ?

What about the swing arm bearings etc being worn causing it ?
